Harriet lying on a tree branch absorbing the wellness of nature

Hello friend :)

I'm you before I met me.

For over a decade, I struggled with anxiety and low mood. I tried everything - CBT, psychotherapy, medication, wellness trends, plant medicine - all while studying Psychology. Nothing stuck.

Then I realised: I was trying to solve body-based problems with head-based solutions. Anxiety lives in your body, not just your mind. Before I could heal, I had to create physiological safety first—unlock my body, release stuck feelings, then ease my mind.

I know it sounds woo woo. But it works. And the science backs it.

That's me: a mental health practitioner with both the education and the lived experience.

Our work starts with awareness - noticing your patterns, triggers, and inner landscape. Then acceptance - cultivating compassion for who you are and how you've survived. But I don't stop there. Without integration, old patterns resurface, even when you "know better."

Lasting change happens when insight becomes lived experience. When you deeply understand your nervous system, conditioning, strengths, and values, you gain the power to respond differently, choose intentionally, and create a life that reflects who you truly are.

You don't have to keep fighting yourself

The anxiety, the inner critic, the feeling that something's missing - it can shift. Not through more insight, but through integration. Not by becoming someone else, but by finally accepting all of who you are.
