I’m a mental health practitioner who combines evidence-based Western psychology and coaching with Eastern practices, including mindfulness and somatic healing. Together, these approaches support deep self-understanding and guide you toward a healthier, more conscious way of living.
Our work begins with awareness - noticing your patterns, triggers, and inner landscape. From there, we move into acceptance, cultivating compassion and understanding for who you are and how you’ve learned to survive. But I don’t believe the work stops there. Without integration, old patterns often resurface, even when we “know better.”
Lasting change happens when insight is translated into lived experience. When you deeply understand yourself - your nervous system, your conditioning, your strengths, and your values - you gain the power to respond differently, choose intentionally, and create a life that actually reflects who you are.
That’s where I come in. I’m here to make this process feel supportive, empowering, and even exciting, because what’s more powerful than consciously shaping your inner world and becoming the master of your own reality?
