Considering working with a psychologist?

The simplest first step is a free 20-minute introductory call. Tell me a little about what’s going on and what prompted you to get in touch. I’ll come back to you within a couple of working days.

Common questions

If your question isn’t covered here, please reach out. I’m here to support.

What kind of support do you offer?

I offer one-to-one psychological support online, drawing on evidence-based approaches including acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), mindfulness and nervous system-based practices. People usually come to me for anxiety, self-criticism, low mood, life transitions, or patterns they understand well but keep repeating.

I also work with organisations, offering psychology-informed workshops and facilitation for teams, leadership and professional development, and research and strategy for organisations. If you’re enquiring for a team or organisation, use the form and tell me a little about the context.

Is this therapy or coaching?

It sits between the two. The work is psychological and evidence-based, with the structure and forward movement of coaching. It suits people who want to understand their patterns and actually change them. It isn’t a crisis service and doesn’t replace medical or psychiatric treatment.

I’ve had therapy before and I’m still anxious. Can this help?

Possibly, and you’re not unusual. Many people I work with have done good therapy, understand their patterns well, and still repeat them. Insight and change are different processes. My work focuses on the second: helping what you know become how you actually respond, including at the nervous system level.
