Better organisations start with workforce psychology.

Most workplace problems are, underneath, human ones. How people respond to pressure. How teams communicate when things get difficult. How change lands, and why it so often doesn’t. I bring psychological science to these questions, in a form organisations can actually use.

Approach one — leadership and teams

Work at the level of people: leaders, professionals and intact teams, and what happens between them.

Workshops & facilitation

Psychologically informed sessions for teams: how pressure affects thinking and behaviour, what makes people adaptable, how self-criticism and threat shape performance, and how teams communicate under strain. Designed around your context rather than delivered off the shelf.

Leadership & professional development

Development work with leaders and professionals, individually or in groups. The focus is the human side of leading: understanding your own patterns under pressure, staying psychologically flexible when circumstances shift, and creating conditions where other people can think well.

Approach two - organisations

Work at the level of the system: the culture, structures and decisions that shape how everyone inside it works.

Research & strategy

Research is my day-to-day discipline: I professionally research workforce change, including skills, AI readiness and organisational learning. For your organisation, that means psychology-informed research and insight to support decisions about people: understanding how your teams are actually experiencing work, what’s driving behaviour you want to change, and where wellbeing and performance efforts will do the most good.

My approach

I work with organisations who understand that their success depends on how well their people can think, relate and adapt. Whether that’s through leadership coaching, team facilitation or research, my role is to help you see the human dynamics beneath the business challenges, and find ways forward that actually stick.

People bring their whole psychology to work

We don’t leave our human messiness at the door when we log on. Organisations are ecosystems of human psychology—of status, belonging, fear and purpose. By working with these forces rather than ignoring them, leaders can build cultures that are not only more productive but more resilient and sustainable.
